On June 22 to 24th, 2018 the Alberta-British Columbia Heartland Owner’s Club Chapter held its annual R.V. Rally in Camrose, Alberta. We had visitors from many provinces within Canada as well as the USA.
Prior to arriving, we discovered our refrigerator was not working. As we could not locate immediate assistance in Calgary, we called Tee Pee RV. Michelle Hanoski was very helpful and even contacted our Calgary dealer, Woody’s RV in Calgary, to see if the Cooling Unit we needed could be ordered and verified that it would be covered under our extended warranty. While waiting for the part to be shipped, Michelle kept us updated as to when we could expect it and kept time open for our work to be done. She also gave us catalogues to give to each of the units in our Rally.
During the Rally, one of the RV unit owners discovered a broken spring hanger. We contacted Michelle and she contacted a certified welder. The welder contacted the owner and within half an hour was at the campground assessing the matter. He came back in the afternoon and fixed the problem.
All the members of our Rally, 18 units, are aware of the help both units were given by Tee Pee, and business cards were attached to the Parts Catalogues from Tee Pee that were given to each unit.
We personally wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service received from Tee Pee and the timely manner it was dealt with.
