1. How fast can I obtain a quote to provide to my insurance?
Answer: Insurance estimates can usually be booked within 1-2 days (Monday - Friday 8:30 - 12:00, 1:00 - 4:30)
2. How does someone make a claim for repairs?
Answer: Contact your insurance company to start a claim. They will provide you with a claim number and contact information for the adjuster assigned to the file. An appraiser will also be assigned to the claim, who will come and inspect the damages (either at your location or at our dealership). We take care of the rest.
3. Does the repairs cost the customer any money besides their deductible?
Answer: On most claims, you will only be responsible to pay your deductible. On some claims the insurance company will also apply a betterment to the repair, which will also be your responsibility to pay. This will be known before repairs start.
4. How long do repairs take?
Answer: For those who don’t use their RV during the winter, we offer free winter storage. Drop it off in the fall and pick it up in the spring! We do offer priority service to those travelling with the RV during the winter months.
5. Can you repair all makes and models and years?
Answer: Yes (for hail/collision damage). We don’t provide motorized chassis repair.
7. What is winter storage?
Answer: For any insurance claims with repairs totalling more than $2500 we offer free winter RV storage, free winterize in the fall, free dewinterize in the spring, and free indoor battery storage. Drop the RV off in the fall when you are done for the season and pick it up in the spring!
8. Is the facility secure with cameras and locked gate in the winter?
Answer: Yes.
